- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This has been my first physiotherapy experience in over 20 years, and when I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk person who quickly took down my information. I didn't have to wait long to see the therapist, and once I went in, Sim came in and examined me thoroughly to see where my problems were. She listened and then knew exactly what muscles were affected and she began treatment right away. I left there that day, with so much relief from pain, and my continued appointments will only help me feel so much better. A great physiotherapist, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Patrice is a very dedicated physiotherapist who works hard to make sure you are getting better. Everyone on the team is so friendly and helpful. Most recently, 'Sim' did a fantastic job restoring the damage I did to my arm - she's the most thorough and hard working physiotherapist I've ever worked with.
